  ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System
In increasing competitive atmosphere in our day, there are base targets that companies have to achieve. Some targets from them have stood in the forefront in terms of critical.

to meet customer needs
increase efficiency by decreasing costs
to perform new products and services

It couldn’t be a sufficient solution to get these targets for companies “doing everybody’s possible the best”. Firstly, everybody must know what will do is necessary. ISO 9000 is used for a quality management system so as to develop quality system realized these targets. Also, ISO 9000 Quality Management System is a flexible standard carried in establishments showed activity in other service sectors such as tourism, finance, insurance trade, health, etc right along with production establishments.

The said model has organized a range clause for a base management system shared prevision and given necessary tools for application. At the same time, a descent in costs, development in control of management system, answering customer expectations and increasing efficiency in all organization have been aimed.

ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System has included basic principles of Total Quality Management. These principles has lined below

Customer Focus: Establishments have depended on their customers, on this account, they must understand customer present and future needs, answer the requirements of customers, be willing for getting over customer expectations.

Leadership: Leaders have provided aim and administration association of establishment. They must develop internal environment which is participation totally for achieving targets of establishment, person and carry on.

Participation of Person: Person in each level is element of an establishment and full participation of them has provided that abilities have employed to advantage of establishment.

Process Approach: When desiring result, activities and related resources have been managed as a process, it has been gained efficiently.

System Approach to Management: Describing as a system of processes related to each other, registering and managing have been instrumental in achieving of targets to activity of establishment and efficiency.

Continuous Improvement: Continuous improvement of establishment total target must be lasting target of establishment.

Realistic Approach in Deciding: Active decisions depend on data analysis and information.

Supplier relations shared mutual benefit: an establishment and its suppliers have been independent from each other and mutual benefit relations reinforce ability of creating surplus value of either.

What is ISO?

It is abbreviated form of International Organization for Standardization. It has been established in 1947, its centre is in Geneva City of Switzerland. Its establishment aim is to issue standards as being legality in universal and in this way, to contribute to national circulation of products/services.

What is ISO 9000?

It guides on establishment quality management system related to increasing of customer satisfactory of organizations and development and it is a standards gross issued by ISO.

What is ISO 9001?

It is a standard in which clauses are described necessary during establishment quality management system and it is follow to certificate audit. It is name of given certificate.

What is ISO 9001:2000?

ISO 9001 standard has been reviewed by ISO in each 5 year and issued again by making necessary revisions in accordance with implementing visions and needs. 2000 number is a version date showed that this revision has been made and issued in 2000. (ISO 9001:2000 version).
